We are glad to announce that we will be bringing on three high school students to intern at the ArtSciLab over the summer. In the three weeks leading up to the start of the summer semester, we will highlight one intern in the Crier. Up first is Ian Chen! Ian Chen is a rising junior at Plano West High School in Plano, Texas. From a young age, he has shown interest in both STEM and artistic fields. Outside of his academic interests, he is involved in many community service projects where he hopes to help give back to his community. As a high school intern at ArtSciLab, he hopes to develop both his STEM and artistic skills and learn about the work environment in a college research setting. We all look forward to getting started with our new interns and eagerly await to see what they will have completed over the summer. Check in next week to meet more of our interns!
